Hi! I am so glad you are here.
Too often we live in part of our life; very often we pay attention to only a part of ourselves.
I want to help you live not in part of your life, but in the whole of it.
Occasionally I will ask you a question. Hopefully that will spark a new realisation.
Mostly, I am here to listen: I want to know who you are and what you want your life to look like. And then? I want to provide you with the space and opportunity to figure out how to get there.

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching from Barefoot Coaching, the UK’S longest running Coach Training Program. This program has granted me membership in the International Coach Federation, and I subscribe to their code of ethics.
I also have a Master’s Degree from The University of London, Heythrop College, in Contemporary Ethics. I studied the ways in which failure can lead us to growth, instead of further failure.
My understanding of failure – as a beginning rather than as an end – is key to my coaching practice.
I am particularly interested in helping women achieve work/life balance; as well as in helping new mothers name and adjust to their new priorities, and from that place, reshape their lives. My overarching goal is to help clients achieve a healthy and vibrant family life in the midst of the chaos and busyness of their lives, and to assist them in building strong parent/child bonds.
